Course: Biomimicry

Sustainability focus: designing within planetary bounds, Circular economy, and reclaiming materials
Purpose: This design concept aimed to create solutions for the  present furniture waste predicament. The design solution was devised using the biomimicry design process. The biomimicry framework requires a circular resolution. for furniture waste, that meant systematic redesign that included disassembling end-of-use furniture, sorting components, and making raw material ready for reuse.
